Cancellation Policy

Reschedule & Weather Policy – Family Session Thanks so much for booking your family session! Please take a moment to review my reschedule and weather policy: Weather: If rain, storms, or extreme weather are in the forecast, I’ll reach out 24 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling. Overcast skies or light sprinkles usually don’t require changes and can actually provide beautiful light! Client Reschedules: Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is included at no charge. Additional reschedules may incur a $50 fee, based on availability. Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the session fee. I’ll always take emergencies into account — just keep me posted. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
